Versioning

One of the characteristic of the Application allows the user to the latest version of a document. It can be seen what was changed, when and by whom. 

Navigating through multiple versions of a document increases the attention and reduces productivity. Documenta DMS provides complex document versioning, leading to a more efficient document management.

Eliminating confusion about versions and amendments is given by :

• Option to lock a document when edited by someone else. Thus, when a document is modest, it appears as stuck (in editing) and user specified operating changes.
•  Keeping old versions and the ability to return to a previous version.
• Journal amendments including user name, time and related review each version.
