Like folders and binders physical, electronic directories involves a way of organizing and managing more difficult files. 

Documenta DMS is a better alternative with a different approach for finding and opening documents by different parameters : customer , project, time , status etc. It is a dynamic application that allows organizing and displaying the information as needed, without limitation old state directly. 

It is only necessary to save the desired file in document DMS and setting the appropriate properties.
