E-Registry module helps the organization to respect legal compliance aspects related to document registration inside organization, both documents that are coming into organization and documents that are elaborated by departments.
- Unique identify and track any document using barcode scanners, serial or registration number
- Create unlimited number of registries and define custom / desired columns for each of them
- Standard columns for registries like: registration date, number, source, from, to, person, department, description, number of pages, registration number and date from the other party
- 10 available custom segment columns where administrator can configure what special data to be displayed based on document type that will be registered. For example into a contracts registry we may want to display automatically from metadata’s columns like: expiration date, status etc.
