Electronic Registry 

E-Registry module helps the organization to respect legal compliance aspects related to document registration inside organization, both documents that are coming into organization and documents that are elaborated by departments.

• Unique identify and track any document using barcode scanners, serial or registration number
• Create unlimited number of registries and define custom / desired columns for each of them
• Standard columns for registries like: registration date, number, source, from, to, person, department, description, number of pages, registration number and date from the other party
• 10 available custom segment columns where administrator can configure what special data to be displayed based on document type that will be registered. For example into a contracts registry we may want to display automatically from metadata’s columns like: expiration date, status  etc.
• Automatic initiation of workflows after registering documents
• Attach documents to certain numbers from a registry
• Define edit/view rights for each registry
• Export registries content in PDF, XLS or CSV files
• Import entries from a XLS or CSV file into a registry
• Reset options for each registry (year, month, never)
• Barcodes and registration numbers printer with special barcode printers and applied on documents
• Configure rights for each registry for users and groups
• Configure accepted document types for each registry
• Option to register a document in two or more registries
• Register and route files from email directly in Outlook, to destination department
