Procedures and fluxes of DMS streamlines documentation company's work, from simple requests to update documents until the complex processes of examination and approval.
Workflow simplifies the implementation of any procedure that involves certain steps, actions or circumstances. Participants in the process may be notified by e-mail for necessary actions, but also in the application.
It is easy to check the status of a process. All steps are recorded in history flow of a stream.
The flow can be set so as to require electronic signature at every step.
- Design workflows based on organization chart
